14 year old Alice has Hodgkin's Lymphoma, a type of cancer, and desperately needs a bone marrow transplant to save her life. She only has weeks left to find a donor and it could be you.
After the success of the event a couple of weeks ago, MARROW and Anthony Nolan are holding another clinic in Southampton for those who couldn't come to the last one, didn't know about the last one or came to the last one after we ran out of kits! Everyone's welcome- students, staff, members of the community... the more people who join the register the better!
This time it will be a saliva clinic, so instead of giving a blood sample all you'll have to do is spit a bit! PLEASE make the effort to come and register, it will only take 15 minutes and even if you're not a match for Alice there are thousands of other children and adults in desperate need of a donor.
Please take the time to invite your friends to this event, share it on your wall and drag some people with you on the day; every extra person could make a difference!
