Climate change has received a huge amount of media coverage in recent months, particularly within the United Kingdom. The influence of media portrayal of climate change and the issues around it is vast, and can have a profound effect on efforts to advocate action in this area. We believe that an understanding of this critical issue is important for anyone with an interest in global health, and we would like to invite you all to come to this session and learn a bit more about it!
The 1st 20 minutes or so of the session will constitute a presentation covering how climate change has been presented to the public, followed by another 20-25 minutes of discussion around the topic.
It's all happening in L/R G, The Murray Building, Highfield at 8pm on the 15th March.
