Law Students for Social Justice is pleased to present the following speakers for Part II of the Domestic Violence Forum. John Montagu with the Crown Prosecution Services, who will be discussing the law in practice as it pertains to domestic violence/forced marriages. Melani Morgan with the Hampshire constabulary will discuss the realities and responses of the police department to honour based violence and Jan Salihi, a member of the Ministry of Justice, who will be speaking about the Forced Marriages Unit and the government/policy issues surrounding forced marriages.
