YWCA is one of the leading charities working with the most vulnerable young women from the poorest communities in England and Wales to help them overcome poverty, exclusion and disadvantage.
Every year, we empower thousands of vulnerable young women to turn around their lives and build a future for themselves.
We give them the support, skills, confidence and knowledge to make informed decisions about their lives; maintain healthy relationships and obtain education, training and skills. We also campaign with them to combat the discrimination they face and to influence changes in policy that can have a profound impact on the lives of other young women.
