On Purpose is a new leadership programme for the next generation of high-flyers who will use the power of business to make a difference in the world.
It is a one-year programme that combines two six-month, paid placements in cutting-edge social enterprises with a training programme providing the commercial and social know-how that future leaders need; the training will be delivered by current and former professionals from prestigious social and private sector organisations.
On Purpose is now recruiting a small number of Founding Associates to start the programme in January 2010. If you have several years of work experience and an excellent track record of achievement, a passion for helping to solve some of society's biggest problems and a desire to use commercial approaches to do this, then we want to hear from you.
