Chai is a Southampton Uni Medic turned businessman. He's the former chief executive of his multi million pound nursing home empire - the Priory Healthcare group.
Chai was born in Uganda to Indian parents, Graduating from the University of Southampton in 1979 and spent five years in the NHS before leaving medicine to work in the City, at Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers.
He's even owned a 10% stake of the world famous 'Priory', sold for £875million in 2005, where all the A-list celebs go for mental health treatment!
