Amnesty International is a world-wide movement, independant of any government, religion or political party, that campaigns for internationally recognised human rights for all. The SUSU Amnesty group organises and takes part in demonstrations, fundraising, themed events and letter writing.
Support for International Change is a non-governmental organization founded with two main goals: · To limit the impact of HIV/AIDS in underserved communities · To train future leaders in international health and development SIC has been working in Tanzania since 2002 and we now provide a comprehensive range of free services to our target communities including: - Awareness campaigns - Mobile HIV testing and counseling - Training and support for Community Health Workers.
We raise awareness and funds on behalf of the United Nations Children's Fund towards child development and suvival; basic education and gender equality; Children and HIV/AIDS, child protection and policy advocacy.
