There are many websites which list vacancies in the charitable sector. However, most organisations advertise jobs on their own websites, and for many smaller organizations, this may be the only place they do. So if you are interested in a specific organization make sure to look at their website.

CR Search and Selection - charity sector recruitment agency based in London
The Ecologist - New recruitment website from The Ecologist magazine – not much on it just yet, but it is really just starting.
Eldis - an organisation which aims to provide documentation of development knowledge. Also has job listings.
Ethicalcareers.org - Their web directory contains a list of some green companies broken down into sectors (architecture, engineering, computing, etc)
Ethical Corporation - an online magazine with a limited number of job vacancy listings.
Ethical Jobs - has vacancies for jobs as well as internships and volunteer placements, organised by location and category.
Forum3 - lists jobs in the charity and non profit sector.
GeographyJobs.co.uk - has job listings in, for example, the environmental sector, urban planning, economic development, and transportation.
idealist.org - more useful for the USA and Canada than the UK
International Jobs - “The only comprehensive source of international jobs for professionals, including international development jobs”. Need to subscribe. US oriented
intjobs.org - vacancies at international organisations
Jobs for Change - information on career prospects in the non-profit sector for Americans, or those wanting to work in the United States, as well as vacancies.
nfp - non for profit jobs
Reed Employment - has listings of jobs in the charity sector. Claims to have the widest choice of charity and voluntary placements in the UK.
ReliefWeb - seeks staff to work in a range of humanitarian aid jobs worldwide
The Right Ethos - a specialist recruitment consultancy for campaigning organisations.
Target Jobs - has some vacancy listings in the charity sector and environment
Vacancies in International Organisations - from the International Telecommunication Union.
World Service Enquiry - has listings of jobs in international development. You can also pay a subscription to have international job vacancies sent to your email.
Ask: What if? - "a community for people interested in careers that have a positive impact on other people’s lives and the community they live in." Has member profiles categorised by interest and profession, and information provided about different careers e.g. expected salary.
