Final Call for Applications to the Oxford Climate Forum 2010

On February 12th and 13th, 80 student leaders from universities across the UK will gather at Oxford University in order to place students at the forefront of the UK’s battle against climate change. As the first student conference to respond to the disappointing outcomes of Copenhagen, the Oxford Climate Forum will provide student leaders with a unique opportunity to decide how students can take a leading role in maintaining the momentum of the climate change agenda.

For one day, let’s stop turning a blind eye and stare this problem dead in the face. This November 27 (November 28 in Europe and overseas) take the personal challenge: lock up your debit card, your credit cards, your money clip and see what it feels like to opt out of consumer culture completely, even if only for 24 hours.
